What this is

ai-models.art is one person's portfolio of AI-generated portraits. It is not a company, not a service you are paying for, and not something with an uptime commitment. It is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It may be unavailable, it may lose your account, and it may stop existing.

Age

You must be 18 or older to view the explicit work, and by confirming your age you are stating that you are. The rest of the site is open to anyone.

Age policy

The images

The images are mine. Browsing the site does not grant you a licence to any of them — not the safe-for-work ones, not the explicit ones, not the ones you saved to your favourites. Looking is not licensing.

You may not redistribute them commercially, sell them, publish them as your own work, or use them in a product, an advertisement or a dataset without my permission. That includes scraping the site for machine-learning training data. If you want to use something, ask — the answer is often yes and always faster than a lawyer.

Accounts

An account exists so that you can see the generation settings behind each picture and keep a list of favourites. It costs nothing and it entitles you to nothing beyond that.

I will close an account without notice if it is used to abuse the site, to scrape it, or in breach of the content policy. You can close it yourself at any time from the account page.

Where this is operated from

I live and operate this site in South Africa, and South African law governs these terms and any dispute arising from them. That is a statement of fact about where the operator is, not an attempt to escape the law of the place you are reading from — where local law requires something of me, I comply with it or I stop serving the content, which is exactly what the age policy describes.
