AI-MODELS.ART — Legal

18 U.S.C. § 2257 statement

The federal record-keeping requirements do not apply to this site, because there are no performers to keep records about.

All visual content on ai-models.art is computer-generated imagery of fictional persons. It is produced entirely by generative software from text prompts. No real human being was photographed, filmed, recorded or otherwise depicted in the production of any image on this site, and no image on this site depicts an actual person.

Because no actual human being is depicted, no visual depiction on this site is a depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 2256(2)(A), and the record-keeping and labelling obligations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2257 and 2257A do not apply to it. There are no performers, no dates of production involving a person, and no identity documents to hold — there is nobody to hold them for.

This statement is published because the position should be written down rather than assumed, and because anyone assessing the site should be able to read it without having to ask.

Every depicted person is generated as an adult. Nothing here depicts, or is intended to appear to depict, a minor; that rule and what happens when something comes close to it are set out in the content policy.
